Why come to Youth Ministry?
Youth Ministry is a safe place for you to grow and learn about God. It's a place for you to be yourself, meet new people and develop your faith in a
Fun and Spiritual environment. You can ask those questions about your faith that you've always wanted to ask.
Who Can Attend?
Anyone from grades 4 to grade 8.
Group 1: Grades 4, 5 and 6's
Senior Group: Grade 7 and 8's
High School Group
All young people from the parish are invited to come
out to the appropriate group for their age and have some
fun and learn about their faith.
What will happen during Youth Ministry?
- Talk and share about what is important to you.
- Games
- Sports
- Listen to music
- Watch movies
- Skits
- Crafts
- Go on outings where you will experience new things.
- You can make new friends and build stronger relationships with the friends you already have.

Our Lady of Lourdes Parish is committed to supporting the youth of this community to live as Disciples of Jesus Christ by helping them to reach their potential by:
- Drawing the youth of the community to responsible participation in the life, mission and work of the Catholic Church.
- Guiding the youth of the community with the love and understanding.
- Fostering high levels of trust and mutual respect through reason, faith and kindness.
- Encouraging cultural and social awareness by instilling an understanding of all people.
- Supporting the youth in their understanding of what it means to be a Christian in today's world.
- Making the church a safe and welcoming place.
