- Take the 403 West through Hamilton and into Ancaster
- Take the Lincoln M. Alexander Parkway East to Upper Wentworth
- Turn left on Upper Wentworth; go past Lime Ridge Mall
- Turn right on Mohawk Rd heading East one block to Our Lady of Lourdes
From the Niagara Peninsula
- Take the QEW West to Stoney Creek exit at Red Hill Creek Expressway
- Red Hill Creek Expressway turns into Lincoln M. Alexander Parkway
- Exit at Upper Wentworth and turn right; go past Lime Ridge Mall
- Turn right on Mohawk Rd heading East one block to Our Lady of Lourdes
From London and Points West
- Take the 401 East to Woodstock
- Exit at the 403 heading East towards Hamilton
- In Ancaster take the Lincoln M. Alexander Parkway exit East to Upper Wentworth
- Turn left on Upper Wentworth; go past Lime Ridge Mall
- Turn right on Mohawk Rd heading East one block to Our Lady of Lourdes
From Guelph and Points North
- Take Highway 6 South to Hamilton exiting at the 403
- Follow the directions from Toronto
